African Energy

It’s amazing what people take for granted, including me. When I enter a room, I simply turn on a light and electricity surges through the room. Similarly, I enter my car, turn the key, and electricity is surging throughout the vehicle. Over 600 million people in sub-Saharan Africa do not have access to electricity. A change in energy supply is coming to sub-Saharan Africa, in that electricity will be supplied. Photovoltaic panels will be installed for roughly 7$ a month, and will supply energy to at least a phone and a few lights. The company is not only solving the energy problem crisis for the region, but also solving it on a global level, on a way that is eco-friendly, as well as benefits it’s shareholders. It’s so fascinating how different parts of the world face vastly different problems. I’m happy that their finding a solution.
